Allison Wiley serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Pella Corporation. In June of 2024, Allison will celebrate 20 years with Pella Corporation. She has held a variety of roles within the organization in Sales, Training and Human Resources. Allison has a passion for connecting talent with opportunity and loves to tell the Pella Story! Professionally, she is most proud of the fact she has spent her career working for a strong organization that operates with “total integrity” at all times. As Pella Corporation approaches its 100th Birthday in 2025, Allison is honored to bring new talent into the organization and help build Pella’s talent advantage.
Outside of work, Allison has over 15 years of experience as an adjunct faculty member instructing Public Speaking courses at various college’s throughout Illinois. She also serves as President of the Parent Teacher Organization at her children’s school. She holds a BA & MA in Organizational Communication from Eastern Illinois University. Allison is married to her husband, Adam and they have two children, Andrew (9) and Abigail (7).
