Glenn started his sales career in the publishing industry in 1990. Between 1993 – 1999 he served as head of sales for Progressive Business Publications, growing their sales team from 20 people upon his start, to over 500 at the time of his exit to join New England Business Service. At NEBS, Glenn was tasked with the development and launch of new sales programs for the company’s payroll and medical service divisions. Between 2001 – 2015 he co-founded and ran two companies, the second of which developed and sold an award winning sales training technology, which pioneered the movement from “fire hose training” to “bite-size learning” programs for sales teams small and large. Glenn is now a shareholder and Chief Customer Officer at JourneyDXP – the producers of Smart Rooms. In this role Glenn leads all of JourneyDXP’s client-facing teams and personally consults with all strategic accounts, helping them succeed in their evolution from traditional sales practices to a more holistic digital selling model.
