Sara Cho has built her career around recruiting, hiring and developing top sales talent. She has worked at Mutual of Omaha for 15 years, starting in Talent Acquisition and in 2016 she moved to the Workplace Solutions division as the Manager of Distribution. In this role she manages the overall strategy and execution of the Sales Trainee program in addition to managing projects and initiatives to support the sales force. Her previous experience includes talent acquisition, managing compliance programs, process improvement and leading people. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Human Resources and Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.
Sara is most fulfilled by seeing people grow professionally. Her ability to strategize, build relationships and get results has taken the Sales Trainee program at Mutual of Omaha to a new level. She has worked side by side with sales leadership to take the program from hiring to supplement their sales force to the how they hire and train their salesforce.
